Mandatory Ship Watchmen at Puerto Quequén / Necochea

Please be advised that Disposition No. 3/2026, dated February 3rd, 2026, issued by the Puerto Quequén Port Consortium (CGPQ), establishes the mandatory employment of Ship Watchmen for all vessels berthing, operating, or remaining within the CGPQ jurisdiction.
The obligation must be complied to ensure the continuous presence of the watchman during the entire period the vessel remains alongside.
The CGPQ may request documentary evidence of compliance and carry out inspections at any time.
