Workers Tugboat Unions (Skippers, Engineers and Seamen), lifted the strike

Please note that the Tugboat Workers Unions (Skippers, Engineers and Seamen), 

confirmed that the nationwide strike, for 48 hrs, was lifted.

all vessels in / out movements return to normal from today 26th, at abt 2000 hours.
